Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Orlando, FL)

Summit Ridge Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Orlando region, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
