Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Orlando, FL)

Westbrook Fox Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
