Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Orlando, FL)

Ironwood Keystone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
