Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Omaha, NE)

Foxglove Cobalt Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Omaha producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
