Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Oklahoma City, OK)

Cedar Union Foods is a Oklahoma City food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 814 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
