Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Oklahoma City, OK)

Ironwood Fern Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for client records. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
