Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Bright Financial and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
