Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Oklahoma City, OK)

Ironwood Glen Civic Services Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 476 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for public records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
