Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Oakland, CA)

Foxglove Juniper Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Oakland plant. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
