Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Oakland, CA)

Greenridge Basin Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Oakland, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
