Foxglove Cross Banking Services is a community-focused bank in New Orleans serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
