Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Minneapolis, MN)

Westbrook Keystone Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Minneapolis serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
