Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Miami, FL)

Highbridge Meadow Construction is a Miami contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Miami. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
