Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Nova Oak Foods Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
