Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Lumen Union Civic Services Partners and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
