Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Lumen Quill Transit Planning and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
