Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Memphis, TN)

Foxglove Ivory Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
