Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Memphis, TN)

Cedar Bright Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Memphis and nearby communities, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for pipe repairs. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
