Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Rowan Banking Services Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
