Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Silverline Vale Water Authority Partners and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
