Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Louisville, KY)

Redstone Lantern Insurance is an insurance company in Louisville with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 59 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
