Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Louisville, KY)

Clearpath Ivory Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Louisville. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
