Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Kestrel Water Authority and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
