Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Umber Banking Services Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
