Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Las Vegas, NV)

Northwind Meridian Foods Associates is a Las Vegas food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
