Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Amber Pharma Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
