Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Kansas City, MO)

Cedar Union Health provides primary and specialty care in Kansas City, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 959 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
