Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Northwind Bridge Care Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 515 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
