Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind Fox Construction is a Kansas City contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 542 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
