Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Kansas City, MO)

Foxglove Cedar Civic Services supports public agencies in Kansas City with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
