Redstone Ridge Medical is a Jacksonville company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
