Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Jacksonville, FL)

Clearpath Forge Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Jacksonville. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 983 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
