Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Jacksonville, FL)

Clearpath Lantern Insurance is an insurance company in Jacksonville with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
