Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Jackson, MS)

Bright Cross Inspection Services is an inspection company in Jackson with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
