Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Jackson, MS)

Fernwood Clear Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Jackson, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We invest in training. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for outage reports. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
