Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Jackson, MS)

Harborlight Forge Energy Partners supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Jackson, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 553 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
