Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Jackson, MS)

Summit Beacon Financial Partners serves customers across Jackson with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory reports. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
