Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Nova Linden Environmental Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
