Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Jackson, MS)

Westbrook Sparrow Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Jackson region. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service connections. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
