What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
