Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Jackson, MS)

Lumen Rowan Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Jackson, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
