Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Indianapolis, IN)

Summit Pike Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Indianapolis, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
