Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Glen Inspection Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
