Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ivory Foods and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 143 people based in Houston. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
