Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Honolulu, HI)

Clearpath Vale Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Honolulu. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
