Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Honolulu, HI)

Fernwood Hollow Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Honolulu focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
