Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Hartford, CT)

Greenridge Cobalt Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Hartford region, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
