Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Hartford, CT)

Silverline Basin Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Hartford serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 223 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
