Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Grand Rapids, MI)

Redstone Cedar Foods Group is a Grand Rapids food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
