Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Nova Forge Transit Planning Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
